Over the two days of the training, attendees will develop a thorough understanding of Hörmann Industrial Dock Levellers, Sectional Doors and Shelters. They will also learn the different types of control systems and accessories used, followed by an introduction to the Transdek system. They will then move on to the training academy to go through the products in more depth, followed by a demonstration of products in the showroom. The entrance requirements for this course are flexible and we welcome new staff memebers as well as more experienced staff.
Parking is available opposite reception in our visitor spaces. If there are no visitor spaces available please ask the receptionist who can advise of alternative parking.
When you report to reception you will be given a Hörmann badge to show you are here as a visitor. Please wear this at all times.
We have two designated smoking areas within our car parks. We would ask you to use the one on the left side of the main entrance.
If you would like to amend your booking, you must contact Natalie Ainge to discuss the changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any requests.
Cancellation requests can be made over the phone, via email, or in person. Please be aware that if you do not attend the training session or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your company will be invoiced £100 to cover related costs and training time.
We have the right to change the time and date of any event by providing you with written notice at least 24 hours in advance. If we notify you of a change to the booking, you have the option to cancel or reschedule.
