Candidates require a good understanding of written and spoken English, together with a solid field-based understanding of the installation of Domestic Doors. As the course involves hands on installation training suitable work-wear and PPE is required, including Steel Toe Cap Boots/Shoes and we have a strict no shorts policy within the training academy.
Parking is available opposite reception in our visitor spaces. If there are no visitor spaces available please ask the receptionist who can advise of alternative parking.
When you report to reception you will be given a Hörmann badge to show you are here as a visitor. Please wear this at all times.
We have two designated smoking areas within our car parks, we would ask you to use the one on the left side of the main entrance.

Cancellation requests can be made over the phone, via email, or in person. Please be aware that if you do not attend the training session or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your company will be invoiced £100 to cover related costs and training time.
