This is a two day course that covers the range of domestic products: Up and Over, Sectional, RollMatic, Electric Operators, Hinged Doors and Thermo 46/65 doors. During the course attendees with learn how to specify door and operator types along with the design options such as colour, glazing, etc. They will also undertake pricing exercises where they will learn how to accurately specify and price a door. Learning from expert sales managers, attendees will begin to understand the features and benefits to aid sales. To help their customers further, those attending will also understand requirements for installation. The entrance requirements for this course are: You work in the daily business with the sale of garage doors and hinged doors.

Parking is available opposite reception in our visitor spaces. If there are no visitor spaces available please ask the receptionist who can advise of alternative parking.
When you report to reception you will be given a Hörmann badge to show you are here as a visitor. Please wear this at all times.
We have two designated smoking areas within our car parks. We would ask you to use the one on the left side of the main entrance.
If you would like to amend your booking, you must contact Natalie Ainge to discuss the changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any requests.
Cancellation requests can be made over the phone, via email, or in person. Please be aware that if you do not attend the training session or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your company will be invoiced £100 to cover related costs and training time.
We have the right to change the time and date of any event by providing you with written notice at least 24 hours in advance. If we notify you of a change to the booking, you have the option to cancel or reschedule.
